EULERCALC

About EulerCalc

EulerCalc is an online calculator site built to be a reference for free, accurate, and fast calculation tools, available in six languages.

The name pays homage to Leonhard Euler (1707–1783), the most prolific mathematician in history and creator of much of modern mathematical notation, including the constant e, function notation f(x), and the number i.

How we verify our data

Every formula EulerCalc uses is written in code and covered by an automated test suite that runs on every change, so results are reproducible and consistent rather than the output of a stray spreadsheet.

Data that changes over time — tax brackets, VAT rates, minimum wages, or health reference values — is taken from official sources, labelled with its year of validity, and reviewed periodically.

Transparency and privacy

EulerCalc is free and funded by advertising. We do not charge subscriptions or sell data.

Calculations run entirely in your browser: the numbers you enter are never sent to any server.

An independent project

EulerCalc is developed and maintained independently. The priority is for every calculator to be accurate, fast, and genuinely useful, paired with its own explanatory content instead of formulas without context.

Limitations

The finance and health calculators provide indicative estimates and do not replace the advice of a professional (an accountant, a physician, or an employment lawyer). For an important decision, consult a specialist.
